Aung San Suu Kyi

Aung San Suu Kyi (born 1945) is a Burmese political leader and Nobel Peace Prize laureate who led the National League for Democracy and spent many years under house arrest advocating for democracy. She served as State Counsellor of Myanmar from 2016 and later faced international criticism over the government's treatment of the Rohingya.
