Györgyi
Györgyi (Albert Szent-Györgyi) was a Hungarian physiologist who isolated vitamin C and won the 1937 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. His work on biological oxidation and muscle biochemistry underlies the quoted insight that discovery comes from seeing the familiar in a new way.
