Jack Kornfield (born 1945) is an American teacher in the vipassana tradition of Theravada Buddhism and a leading figure in American insight meditation. He co-founded the Insight Meditation Society and Spirit Rock Meditation Center and has authored numerous books on mindfulness and compassion, including A Path with Heart.
