Robert K. Greenleaf

Robert K. Greenleaf (1904–1990) was an American organizational theorist and consultant who coined and articulated the concept of servant leadership in his 1970 essay "The Servant as Leader." He founded the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership and influenced leadership theory and nonprofit practice worldwide.
