Harold Wilson
Harold Wilson (1916–1995) was a British Labour politician and served as UK prime minister 1964–1970 and 1974–1976. He promoted social and economic modernization and was noted for his rhetoric, as in the line 'Courage is the art of being the only one who knows you're scared.'
